Falsely banned in March 2026 ban wave — automated rejection, need help

Got banned this week for "gameplay enhancement" and I'm honestly lost. I hadn't played Apex for 3-4 months and came back the same week as the ban wave on a brand new PC build (Ryzen 7 9800X3D). Never cheated once in my life.

I only play Control, Deathmatch and Gun Run — casual modes that don't even track stats. Why would anyone cheat in modes that don't count for anything? And my account K/D is only 1.16 — completely average.

My full situation:

* First ever EA ban after years of playing

* Brand new PC, returned after long break — clearly triggered the automated system

* Completely stock settings, no cheat software

* Already submitted appeal

* Got automated rejection 2 day later — no human reviewed anything

    Welcome to the club! , there is a lot of us. But not enough for ea to take seriously.  There not gonna do anything about a few innocent bystanders as long as they can post their ban #'s and they not gonna say their system needs work. They don't care. And if you don't have a major voice, you might as well forget about it. Here's a tip tho, never spend a dime on EA games, and treat all your accounts as throw aways if your not a famous streamer.
