Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

Note: I've tried every webform link, tried every alternate way of opening a case, I've tried contacting an advisor, I've tried talking to support chat, I've tried contacting via twitter or email, I've tried opening cases under different categories. I am now stuck unable to submit an appeal or open a case regarding my issue and I'm hoping this post can solve that, or give my issue some type of light.

Hello! I'm tokomaro, I've written a couple other forums posts regarding this issue and It's getting really hard to believe there's any hope for my case left. And I know what your thinking by the title, "Oh another person claiming they were falsely banned, they're definitely lying and trying to get unbanned after cheating". And I would react the same way as you if I had seen a post like mine before experiencing what I have, now I realize these systems indeed CAN falsely ban players and I've been stuck in a loop of trying to get my account back for the past 4 months and have been hitting countless roadblocks recently and am writing this forum post as a "last ditch" effort in an attempt to resume my appeal cases and reaching out to receive any help possible.

I am currently unable to open any new cases regarding my issue, the last case I was able to open I had to set under the "game rules" category for it to even submit, I was met with 2 human responses thankfully but the case was inevitably closed and updated to the "submit an appeal" category, and I was unable to resume the case or submit any additional information. The last person to respond to my case told me to reopen a new case under the correct category but I am unable to, I've tried for the past month to open a case, every time I write a new 1000 word appeal, submit it, and it then vanishes into thin air, I never get an email confirmation and it never shows up in my cases.

TLDR: I believe I was falsely banned due to issues with the anti-cheat false flagging features on peripherals I use, such as 8000hz polling rate on my mouse (Razer Viper V3 PRO) and SnapTap and other keyboard features on my Wooting 80HE. Additionally I moved locations a lot while playing and being at college, from playing at home, and being abroad. 

Recently about a month ago I wanted to test if this theory was true on other games, so I loaded up Dead by Daylight on an account I haven't played on since I've gotten these new peripherals, I played 1 survivor game and 1 killed game, after the killer game I was instantly banned after leaving the lobby. I submitted an appeal regarding the issue and was recently unbanned!

Additionally! I compiled 13 minutes of clips of my gameplay leading up to my ban, from months prior spanning to 2 days before my ban occurred and the clip of me being banned mid game.  I'm hoping this is the most clear piece of evidence I can submit showcasing my gameplay and clips that shows nothing irregular and nothing on my screen showing cheats or gameplay enhancements. I've been attempted to submit this via cases but I am currently unable to open any new cases for some reason:

I'm kind of distraught at this point, after researching my ban when it first happened, I assume this would be over quick and my case would prove to be true and it would come clear I was falsely banned, sadly that's not the case and I'm hoping to receive any help possible and I'm begging for any type of solution or help to my issue, whether that be this post be pushed to some form of moderation or appeal team to help and review my case as I've tried helplessly for 4 months in an attempt to recover my account I've had since 2019 that I've also spent hundreds of dollars on. This is not an attempt to make this a sob story I just genuinely miss playing the game and want to recover something I've spent so much of my time and money on. 

I don't know what else could've contributed to my ban that could've set of false flags within the anti-cheat other then my peripherals, location/IP changing due to college and being abroad or at my dorm or at home, or if one of my drivers had been altered or changed while optimizing my PC. Regardless I'm open to submitting any proof or showing anything on my system that can show my innocence. I appreciate any help or support and am hoping to resolve my issue soon and get back to playing the game I've loved for so long.
