I purchased of 80 exotic shards which is equal to £62.96 on the 17th of July. Money was taken out of my account but I have yet to see the exotic shard in my account. please can the Exotic shards be add to my account if not i would like to be reimbursed.

If the Exotic Shards still haven’t shown up, please give it at least 24 hours from the time of purchase first. If they still haven’t appeared after that, I’d recommend checking these articles and then contacting our support team with your proof of purchase if needed:
