Dear Apex developers,

I’m being very disappointed of the maintenance of the game. I’ve dropped fortnite for the past 2 years cause I  fell in love with your game. But recently a bunch of issues are occurring in your game that have me playing fortnite again. Issues of apex coins missing when purchasing, game servers crashing, cheating, apex’s coins costing a bit way to much with everything costing an arm and a leg, just A LOT of TECH issues. I love yalls game. I want to see this game succeed more! but feels like y’all don’t hit and answer our concerns. Stop worrying about the simple stuff as like nerfing,patching,increasing/decreasing things of legends, making events back to back, and fix the MAIN ISSUES that will make the platform better than its issues we’re facing right now. I HOPE TO SEE APEX STRIVE, thanks!!

    Hey @AquarusHILARIUS. 

    The Apex Legends team is always investigating and working to fix bugs that come up in the game. I know it can get frustrating when you run into a bug or a glitch, but the team is always working to improve things. 

    Like @DarthValtrex mentioned, if you're missing content on your account it would be best to reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look. For more details on how you can set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. You can also speak with them through Facebook or Twitter as well.

    @AquarusHILARIUS they have to balance content release with patches for known bugs/issues. If they don't add new content, the game will become stale and people will start to lose interest. Thus negatively impact the player retention which is what their ultimate goal is, a growing player population.

    There was just a huge update, with the addition of duos mode, map rotations and some buffs/nerfs to some content. It was all needed IMO. I have learned to be patient with these big updates, there are problems when they drop. They get the problems ironed out quickly. There was a lot of lag when this last update dropped, that has really improved in the last 24-48 hours.

    if you're having apex coins disappear contact their customer support. Their Customer Support is really good, I've only contacted them once and was more than happy with the help I received.

    @EA_Kent Thank you for the reassurance! I understand things take time, even though the issues really make me frustrated, especially when running into same issues constantly. I hope to see them improve in time, which I’m sure they will. Thank y’all
