@BinkDeBook did you attach your EA data for that matter? I'm in the same shoe right now. anything else you plan to do about it?
@nathanhcy I'm still trying to figure out how I can contact someone directly. The canned responses. The fact they close any appeal I put in within 1 day now with - we aren't looking at this anymore, stop asking. Basically say they don't care, and are happy to have taken my money and stolen it from me.
Since I never record any of my game play nothing I can do there. All I can do is point to my stats in game.
