Firing Range update as of 11/4

Some of you are aware that silent changes keep getting made to the firing range.  As of Tuesday, a couple things have changed:

1)  Item refresh rate:  Ammunition and healing items now refresh MUCH more quickly then before.  You can fill you inventory with ammo very quickly.  Perhaps some day we will be allowed to carry larger amounts in the range.

2)  Easter eggs:  You can now activate the training dummies again.  This feature has been broken for some time now.  The third person Easter egg is still not functioning.
