I'd suggest my main legend for this loadout, Pathfinder! I absolutely love Pathy, although there are other legends I also enjoy playing from time to time, there's no other legend that brings me the same enjoyment as Pathfinder!
Now why does Pathfinder fits for this loadout and your playstyle? Because of the loadout, I presume you usually keep your distance during team fights, with that being said, you will need a legend with a kit that will allow you to quickly get closer to your opponents when they're healing/reviving to finish them off or be able to keep your distance when they're trying to be aggressive and push for a short range fight. Pathfinder's kit will give you plenty of options to deal with these scenarios as you can grapple to a far distance, to high ground, and even take your squad with you if you have a zipline available.
You've mentioned that you like running Longbow + Hemlok/Prowler. I personally like to always have a Mid/Long range weapon + short range, such as prowler. So for your case I'd suggest either Longbow + Prowler(or other SMG) or Hemlok + Prowler. That gives you a bit more flexibility during team fights as you can't always control the range of the fights since that depends on the rotations and aggressiveness from other players. But, if you really want to stick with Longbow + Hemlok, then Ballistic is also a good call as you can have a third weapon available!

I'm not entirely sure what kind of player I am - depends on what gun is currently working for me. Back in the first seasons I was in love with the Prowler+Hop. So getting up close and drilling foes was my game.
Then it was a lot of 301+99. But before I left the G7 had become my go to with the x2 bruiser. Drifted a bit after it's nerf, loved the volt. Since I rejoined I had been going between Hemlok (single fire) G7 and 3030. Bought a nice skin for that recently but am unimpressed with it in game.
Ballistic since I rejoined became my main - RE45 Ult was insane. Got my first drop 4 in 20 badge with it. My stays with Ballistic were great.
Recently been having a lot of issues with gameplay that seemed to mean nothing was working. However after getting slapped up by a random surge in everyone using Hemloks in burst I switched back and was having a good time... actually, it came as a result of picking up a Prowler and seeing how quickly I erased someone with the x2 hcog.
And yes sometimes in super close the Hemlok is letting me down, but close- mid its doing quite well.
The Longbow... I'm using it as you might use a 3030. Feeling more accurate for me at the moment and deals same damage with a similar shot speed I use it at. Been getting some nice knocks with it.
I'm sure come the next season (if I'm still here) suddenly I'll be back with another load out. Shotgun and smg who knows!
I'll give Pathy a go and see what happens. Maybe I'll end up back with Ballistic for the free damage!Pathfinder and Ash not paying off for me.
Dunno what it is I don't feel locked-in in my play right now. Maybe it's the different TV.
Ash is so lacklustre for what she should be for me. Trapped someone in a snare just does absolutely nothing most of the time.
Lifeline heal is nuts. Used to main her a bit. If they gave someone a Loba/Wraith tactical with a revive or healing passive, I'd be all over that.

I don’t get it why people don’t pick him up, he is the best 1on1 character in the game, has one of the best ultra in the game. Is on drop probably the best character in the game because of the recent sling changes. His q does 50dmg.
His hitbox is decent, and he has every match a free full on crack havoc with turbo
