Fix firing range

@E9ine_AC 521 ppl and 20 mins? You must really like waiting =_=. My highest for firing range was between 120 and 180... that was in 1 minute

@E9ine_AC I asked about it, this is something that the server admins typically correct, it should be fixed now. If it's still an issue let me know and I'll mention it again.

@Koochi-Q I had been talking to people in my stream and wasnt even paying attention till i looked at how long stream was up and still not being placed in there. It finally let me in eventually but then i go to join reg games and i literally sat in que for trios for another 9 mins so i just logged off the game.

@DarthValtrex Yea it took some time but finally had got it. Didn't last long due to ques being very weird i just logged out.

@E9ine_AC LOLZ even worse! 20 min talking... Give me 20 min loading instead ☹️ talking gives me anxiety ☹️
