What are these issues you are talking about?
Games are bound to have issues, though it's not always the fault of the game that players encounter certain issues.
For example, players can suddenly start crashing due to NVIDIA updating their drivers in a way that causes this issue, which could be fixed by reverting drivers for example.
Nothing really that EA/Respawn could do about that specific issue, which might apply to some other situations.
Jumping through a lot of hoops definitely isn't fun, though people might be able to help you out on here if you were to explain which issues you are experiencing.
