game awareness, positioning and know when to rotate out of a bad fight position is what keeps me winning and placing top 5.
snipers are not all that bad when you know how to deal with them. At any level of play.
I have lead ransoms to wins because I identified a mid game bad fight and we played smarter by rotating away and on to victory, one cannot win every fight but if you play smart you can win some games and mitigate RP loss/gain by placing higher.
to many players are playing W for the loss and they do not understand why they keep losing when they push fights they cannot win.
@Asmodeus566 So you aren't getting Vantage Ult charge riffled by 3 stacks? Not sure about your Plat lobbies, but that's a regular basis thing for me in my Plat lobbies.

I guess what I really want to know is: are you saying there's no answer for the Vantage Ult 3 stack, or are you saying that implementing the answer is either too challenging or makes gameplay into something you don't like or that doesn't interest you? - @reconzero I’m saying, regardless of you learning the map for multiple seasons lol, in higher end Plat lobbies, with very good players, chances are you won’t be able to bob and weave your way out of these big open spaces with a good team having the jump on you as far as rotation. KC is a bad map for rank, not saying it’s not a fun map, but it’s horrible to go up against the current sniping rank meta.

So in higher-skilled lobbies Octane can't out-run the gunfire? Wraith can't teleport across the open expanses? Pathfinder's zipline is cancelled? Valk can't just fly her entire squad over the danger zone? Sorry, but I'm still getting the gold knock-down vibe here. lol. The reason I'm not playing ranked this season is because of KC. There's so many open areas and people just posted up everywhere, it makes it difficult to rotate. Just a horrible map design imho for a BR.
