Formal complaint

Hello im from ps4 and my name ist Comet_Cestus. I have an complaint because i didn't get my title apex predator title on Apex Legends but a other guy with lower points get it. I have proofs that I should have got the title. I have 3 proofs for that i hope you can give me the title plus the dive trails i ve played a lot to get this and now i dont have it but a other has the title thats not fair.

I am looking forward to a reply

@Comet_Cestus But your RP is added only after you complete the match. I am really sorry, but I don't think there is a way around that.

@BaldWraithSimp But we have complete the mutch but after the time and then they say off season why we was still in Match and complete the match

@BaldWraithSimp For me its total confusing because a guy with 24154 points get the title but i with 24341 plis the points they are not count because off season i think what that is all about

i didn't get my trail for masters and i have been master rank at least 2 weeks before the season ended. and i had 10,100 points just to MAKE SURE i was over 10,000 and would receive my trail. i got the badge but i didn't get my dive trail, am i upset, HELL YEA. i just realllllly reallly hope someone looks into this because i worked so hard for this and it was so stressful

@JimmiePitts what i understand you. Your are in the same situation as i am and i hope respawn or ea do something about because i want my dive trail and my Predator title and you want your dive trail oh man thats terrible
