FPS Drop/Stuttering/Lags - 100frames or 40-50.

I have a problem recently. I updated my BIOS to newest version ( it says CPU Performance ) . The problem is that I drop 100 frames from 240 to 100 sometimes. Sometimes is just 30-40 frames, but 30-40 frames in fights is too much. Also have a little stuttering from time to time.

Intel Core I7 12700K
4x8GB 3200mhz
Z690 Steel legend
h150i elite capellix 
rtx 3080 vision oc
nvme Samsung Evo Pro 980 1tb

Yesterday I had no fps drop, nothing.

Edited: I'm playing everything on Low and off ( 3GB streaming ) - 1920x1080

    It may be worthwhile reverting to your previous BIOS version at least until the next BIOS update becomes available.

    I've fixed the problem yesterday.
    I didn't know that when you update your BIOS, your all settings are back to default.
    For example: The DRAM profiles are set to default. XMP profile is not active. ( Boosting DRAM mhz )
    With XMP, your DRAM is set to 3200/3600mhz, and the default setting is set to 2133mhz. ( lowest )

    Your CPU Cooler AIO radiator dimensions are reset to default. ( 240-280mm )
    My cooler is 360mm. ( I had to choose 320-420mm setting )
