I noticed that too. Maybe it's partly because Sheila is an object that can be seperated from the character and be put on the map, for everyone to interact with? I don't know.

But there are instances like this with other characters, albeit on a less visible level, and at times inconsistent on the same legend. Like Caustic's grenade - on the majority of skins it stays the same yellow/orange design, regardless of wether it goes well with the look of the skin (which on, say, Blackheart for example, I'd argue it really doesn't). But then there's a handful of skins where they actually put in the work to make the grenade blend in with the overall design (Third Emperor comes to mind), and it's so much cooler.
