Game is infested with hackers

The past 3 days I've played games with 6 hackers, and this is probably in 30 or so games, I've finally resorted to recording footage of them as someone with 1800 kills and 72 wins was blatantly aimbotting/wallhacking and is somehow not banned. How is it possible someone has won that many games with the most obvious headlock aim bot and not gotten permanently banned?? I've never played a game that was this infested with cheaters, I've played overwatch for the past 1 year or so competitively and have only witnessed a handful of aim bots in hundreds of hours of playtime. Yet with this game every couple of hours I have to report someone, which considering how long that guy has been aim botting is extremely demoralizing. Is there any expectation that this will change? The amount of cheaters in this game is unbelievable, and what makes it worse is there is no way to tell unless you actually watch their gameplay, I've probably died many more times to people that were cheating, But I'll never know.

This game needs a better cheat detection system or more features to handle cheaters, because it's out of control, and this game will end up dying a slow death becoming more and more overwhelmed by pathetic individuals who can't play on a level playing field.
