Get Banned because of cheating but without using any cheat
To whom it may concern,
To all EA community managers or Terms and services team, my EA ID is Cyrusgetbanned and recently i got banned on 14/06/24 and quickly appeal the case. First of all thank you for the speed of handle my case and brought my case to final tier for appealing. Sadly, I still cannot get unbanned and I received two different reason. The first reason is I am cheating and second email is violated the user agreement.
I can swear to my life I did not use any cheat in my whole life in any games. I don't know what can I do to get back an account that I spend almost 3 years of time and money to play this game.

We cannot help with banned accounts over Answers HQ. You can submit up to 3 disputes with ToS to have the ban reviewed. Instructions for this can be found in the article here. Thank you.
