@hayhor It's not my account, but he said if he doesn't get a refund from them, he'll get it from his bank and just leave EA behind if he gets a ban. He has all documentation of the purchase, and documentation of the items not being in my inventory, so there's quite literally no reason to deny a refund. He just hasn't heard back yet, to my knowledge. I need to see where he submitted a claim though, as I'm not sure which customer support he went through.
Personally, I would have advised him against dropping the money to gift it to me, but I didn't get a warning. Just got hit with a "Yo, check your inventory for Pathy skins. You should have a new one.", Lol
