@MSG-Zargasm could you clarify what you're wanting from EA exactly? If it's permission to run a givaway i'm pretty sure thy don't give 2 hoots as long as you're genuinely obtaining the coins.
If you're after somewhere to obtain the coins outside of a digital purchase from the Origin/Xbox/PlayStation store there are a number of 3rd party sellers that sell codes for Apex coins.
If you're wanting EA to provide you something for your giveaway for free I'm not 100% sure where to direct you, but would probably start at Request permission to use EA content guide in there is a requests email address.
Whilst giveaways aren't specifically covered by the article i'm sure it'd be a good starting point compared to trying to attract a CM or Dev that are currently dealing with all kinds of game play issues, crashes, cheater reports, balancing issues etc etc.

It means we can buy coins from 3rd party seller, then we can just give the code to our giveaway winner right?

Any particular safe site you might recommend?
