Got false banned on apex legends but I cant log in in my ea account to appeal

Hello guys I need some help I been playing apex legends on steam for years and yesterday I was removed from match it says I got banned I never cheated I try to log in in my account i remember my email and password it goes through but I dont have access to the email to get the confirmation code I been speaking with an advisor but I dont remember what date of birth I put because it was years ago and I try to open it fast

I try 2 times with advisor but I cant get in im very disappointed im ready to prove every thing the I got the herlums

the time I been playing and everything im very disappointed if I dont get my account back I will never start from the beginning I had 2 herlums and 2700 hours on my account and is gonne for no reason please can someone really help me in this forum because the advisers didn't help

I just want to get back in the game im so sure im false ban

Hi 492v5t607fkj,

Sorry to hear you’re locked out of the EA Account and can’t access the appeal process.

Unfortunately, account-related issues can’t be resolved through the community forums, as we don’t have access to private account information or account recovery tools here.

Since you still know the email address and password but can’t receive the verification code, the first step is to recover access to the EA Account. If possible, try recovering access to the email account itself first. You can also follow the account recovery steps here:

Get back into your EA Account

If you still can’t verify the account, select Contact us at the bottom of the guide and provide as much accurate account information as you can. For security reasons, account access can only be restored after ownership is verified.

Once you regain access, you can check the penalty and submit an appeal for the Terms of Service Team here:

Check and appeal EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions

You can also use this webform if needed.

I hope you’re able to recover access to the account and then submit the appeal.

I recover my account by contacting ea advor I appeal 3 times for my ban basically saying I didn't cheat and explained what app I use for my controller but I got 2 automated response saying the ban should stay in place after that I checked online why im banned for no reason and I see you can get hacked what I did is I request my ea data and see my log in ips and I see to many successful logins from Hong Kong but im from UK i never been in Hong Kong and I understood why the game was showing connect instead of play on steam sometimes someone else have played my game cheated and added low level players on my account .
The problem now is that the ban case is closed because I open new case explaining that I got hacked and straight away I got email saying we closed your duplicate case for the action taken on my account do I dont know what to do
