@tohouyukari no they have their sense of humor surgically removed.
WE "the players" see this all the time. Every online game has a butt shield clause stating they can ban you for "no reason". Like here in Michigan, we have "at will workers" we can dismiss at our whim. I hope you can get it settled. Cussing people out, calling them names, etc. might work in voice chat as I doubt they record it. If you typed it into chat, it gets logged. A voice file is much larger than the small string of text. However they might have audio files compressed to some massive server someplace?? I seriously doubt it.

- @tohouyukari Create a new account and continue playing and refrain from cussing. I usually just mute myself so there's nothing that can be said about voice chat.
