Gryo Aiming on Steam

I have a ps5 controller that uses gyro via the steam controller settings.

Is using GYRO through steam against EULA? Or does the anti-cheat probably see steam as a 3rd party software? 

I've been worried for my account ever since they made this post about aim manipulation on steam...
