Hacked Account and Still got banned permanently

My Account was hacked and banned, 15 April someone play ranked on my account, my crafting material dissapear, i assume they were boosting someone via my hacked account. 

After that, TOS team said had fully investigation, i think that is * and i still got permanent banned. EA Team Disserve customer who playing apex and not resolve the cheater problem. So WORST, and how you're team unbanned my account? many people have the same problem and still got permanent banned!

    Your account might be compromised.
    If you think this is the case, you best contact an EA Advisor so they can help to get your account secure again.


    When that is done, you can ask for a ban appeal that will be sent to the Terms of Service team.
    They will review the ban and send you a mail-back after their investigation.

    Apart from that there is not much this forum can do for you.

  • @xenial06As mentioned above you can contest the ban again. Ask for it in the appealed petition to be sent to a higher tier of the tos department for investigation.

    I'm sure they need people to just understand at those who are truly guilty who are now crying wolf claiming they was compromised. I am by no means saying you are crying wolf this is just a example of some of the cases sent in to them im sure.

    As for security there are many methods you can enable in the EA account settings security section to make this not as easy to achieve for the hacker. You can enable 2 step generate apex codes link your pc as trusted user and few more options. 

    When it comes to currency sadly this is where a problem arises the account holder is responsible for the account. When you did not set up the proper security measures this allowed someone to log in and spend it. The company as far as i know will not refund spent currency if a hacker gets into the account for these reasons.

    i have re-ask for appealed petition, and request to escalate this case to higher team. Many people experience like me. But the TOS departement just sent email BANNED PERMANENTLY and not do the fully investigation
