Hacked Apex Account-Banned

Hello. I contacted EA Support,but they for some reason do not want to unban me. What do I do, I were hacked and the hacker used cheats on my account ,Its not really my fault...

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

  Yes, hate it when you use vpn and hack your FREE account. Hope you atleast get to keep the badges if you ever get unbanned.

    @-BiA-Pesqez I dont get it,why does someone want to hack a FREE account. Ok,levels,skins,etc.. but still, I am hacked and now im not getting a unban. How fair is that?
