Had my 1st slow motion game

Has anyone else experienced this issue where you move in slow motion? I had a game of ranked and all 3 of us were moving in slow motion until about 5 minutes or more into the game and then it slowly started to improve. We still won the game but it was definitely weird for that first 5-7 mins

    @aisthebestletter Yes. I had a random 3rd who rather than play jumped off the map. I told him no not that easy and respawned him. As I did the game went to normal speed, we then went to fight and won the game.
