Hairlooms

Iv been playing apex legends since season 1, love the game .. but iv been having trouble obtaining heirlooms, iv easily opened over a 1000+ apex packs and have only gotten 1 heirloom, 

is anyone else having a similer situation ? 1 hairloom for a season 1 player is crazy to me
