Has Respawn addressed the Hit Reg issues?

I saw Respawn Devs, reply in regards to hit reg issues after launch of season 13. Does anyone know or can anyone confirm if this issues was looked in to, or resolved? Did Respawn comment on the progr...

I am also experiencing no-regs, sometimes so ridiculous that I can't believe.

I have posted this as a bug few time. It wasn't even acknowledged.

I also have seen mad videos posted from some streamers that were complaining at the start of the season. Again, Devs, responded that they would look into it.....but since haven't seen or heard any responses on it. Does that surprise me - no.

That video seems to be my norm lately. For some reason the flatline is most consistent with no hit reg, for me anyway.

I am not sure how to play a BR game where the hit reg is this inconsistent. Seems, well .... pointless.

@NickBeam27 Shiv just mentioned live on stream he believes there's a bug on wraith when she comes out of her q which is exactly what I've experienced.

  After finishing a game today, my buddy immediately sent me a video clip, while swearing vigorously. I saw and heard a minimum of eight flatline shots land directly on her (yes, it was a Wraith!). Zero damage markers. He pulled his secondary and managed some decent damage, but it was too late and he lost the encounter entirely due to no regs.
  
  Something screwy is going on with Wraith's hitbox, as well as hit reg in general.

    @pandareno1999 My guess is it was right after she phased. Wraith seems to be randomly bullet proof at that point.
