Napalm-lnbound Ah I see... the reason why its not showing up in-game would be because Enaba isn't a trusted retailer, and since the pack was released on May 19, 2022, (and has been discontinued since then), there's sadly isn't any trusted retailers that are still selling it, (which, even if one does still carry a code, its possible that it might not work either).

As for Enaba, since its not a trusted retailer, you would need to request a refund from Enaba as EA Support sadly won't be able to help with any code bought from untrusted retailers.

What if I purchase from unauthorized digital retailers?

Buying EA digital games from unauthorized sellers comes with a few risks. The following information can help keep you and your account protected.

Our games are sold at various online and in-store retailers across the world, but sometimes these retailers aren't all they seem to be.

Each purchase made from an unauthorized retailer carries risk. Make sure to keep your account and personal information safe.

    • At best, you might get the wrong product or language version of a game you buy.
    • At worst, unauthorized websites may be phishing for your EA Account or payment info. This can result in losing access to your account or fraudulent activity with your payment details.
    • It’s also possible that unauthorized retailers will sell you a fake, used, or stolen CD key or Product Code.
    • Additionally, any illegally obtained games and Product Codes will be disabled by us. That means you won’t be able to play your game or redeem your virtual currencies.
    • EA Advisors won't be able to help you with games you bought from unauthorized retailers or illegally.

Napalm-lnbound Even if a code works, if it doesn't show up in-game, then that would mean that it has either already been redeemed by someone else, (or it was deactivated by EA).

You got it from ENEBA? Yikes, I mean you can save some $$$ but at the same time you can get scammed. Make a ticket to Eneba to resolve the issue for you. They will most likely refund the money back.
