I tested a few situations and was always able to heal with a charged Sentinel, sorry but I haven't been able to replicate this myself.

Do you happen to have a recording of the point at which you couldn't heal? Had you been revived, or disconnected before this happened? Or do you happen to recall what you did before the healing stopped working? Even something like manning a HMG or being Death Protected could hypothetically be a factor.

@EA_David Hey bud! I can confirm that this is indeed an existing issue in game, I've actually referenced it on a number of occasions on our boards since the sentinel was released into the loot pool.

The issue seems specifically focused around cells/shields, when hitting the input for using said items you won't instantly use them. It takes multiple inputs before they actually work. The issue doesn't seem to happen as consistently as it used to, but it certainly exists, it will likely take some serious stress testing to reproduce.

In my own personal opinion it is tied into the sentinels charge shot alternate fire, seeing as it has an effect on shield items and not health items.
