Heirloom bugged
i feel like i opened past 500 packs already. there’s just no way of tracking it without a progress bar or anything to see it. legit bought packs and and opened event ones as well and still haven’t received anything. i’m barely on my first one and i feel like i should be at least 1-2 more. one of my friend already has like 3-4.

We've very recently done a check of this system to make sure it's working correctly, and fortunately that is still the case.
If you haven't yet received Heirloom Shards, that would just mean you're not quite at 500 packs opened. Keep in mind, the following pack types do not count towards the bonus Heirloom Shards. If you had included any of these in your calculations, that may be why you're not quite where you think you should be:
- Collection Event Pack
- Thematic Event Pack
- Milestone Event Pack
- Collection Retro Pack
This is otherwise working as intended, so unless you're fortunate enough to just have them drop in a pack before that point, you can absolutely expect to see them once you cross that 500-pack mark.
