@Slight_Retarted no battle pass and collection event packs do not count in the 500.
I got "concerned" about Heirlooms just long enough to buy into the Black Friday Apex packs last year. Needless to say, I didn't get one, and that $100 cured any "concern" I will ever have again. Consider that it's just for one character out of 14 and counting. Besides, you aren't even guaranteed to get your character every game.
I keep saying it...heirlooms should be tied to major in game grinds...no life level grinds even. The fact they are tied to spending so much money is not a good thing at all.
