If you bought the heirloom from the event and your 500 pack counter did reset, you will get compensated.

No. Events don't do anything with the counter. They don't count towards the 500, don't give heirlooms on their own, and don't reset the counter.
Apparently this answer is wrong if you consider the anniversary event lol.
@Cro_PitttExactly this. The ACE event functions differently than the other events because the heirloom reward comes our of a normal apex pack instead of an event one (Anniversary Apex Pack). This has never been the case before. This is the first time we noticed such a thing like this. The FIRST TIME EVER. NEVER was like this before in ANY other previous event. Prove me wrong if you can. Is it a coincidence that so many people experiencing the same problem now after we found out about this?
