@Cro_Pittt Buying 24 event packs and receiving heirloom shards from the current event did reset the heirloom progress. From previous event you were getting an heirloom from an EVENT pack, but this time you are getting it through a regular apex pack. I have this recorded, there are many videos in youtube people opening all event packs as well, you can go check for yourself. There are currently 75 people saying they have this problem.
How we noticed this? Me personally I exactly keep the numbers of packs I have opened, I can prove this as well. I have had 450 packs opened, but I am making it a certain number and say 400 packs. I went and bought 140 packs right after opening all 24 event packs, I should have got another heirloom, but the game didn't give it to me, or many other people who did the same and didn't receive anything. This is a new bug and needs some attention.
