Heirloom Refund
It's so frustrating that a multi-billion dollar company is not allowing a one-time refund for heirloom shards. Even if you accidentally bought it. They will always imply that there is a strict rule in regards to a heirloom refund but for just one time? cant u guys even do that for us?
