Hello I’ve opened over 500 packs and still haven’t gotten an heirloom, can you give me shards because it says it’s guaranteed within 500

t5ttrghtff If you haven't gotten the guaranteed Heirloom Shards from opening up packs, then you may not had opened up 500 packs.
OldTreeCreeper has an amazing info guide which can be found here:Note: Heirloom Shards must be earned, unlocked, or bought through Apex Packs and events, (which means that Heirloom Shards are never just "given" to players).
