Investigations of bans are handled by a dedicated Terms of Service team, Once you reach out to dispute an action taken on your account it is possible it can take some time to hear back as this team does work on all disputes for Bans players have.

Once a decision is made by our TOS team, there is no way to reverse this decision either here on the forums or by support. If you have further questions about bans on your account please check out our help articles below.

@EA_Illium Yes, thank you. But I can somehow fix my mistake. Because I really began to appreciate what I have. And I also wanted to ask if you had people who were forgiven by Tech Support? Or can't Tech Support forgive you? I will always apologize over them because I think so, and try to fix everything. I hope this is possible.
