Hide healing progress bar

This has been bothering me for quite some time and nobody talks about it, but I really wish you could disable the progress bar for healing or charging shields. I find it really distracting, especially in a game like Apex legends that requires so much attention. The Syringe has a progress bar on it and you can easily hear when a Shield cell or battery finishes so I find this to clutter my screen. We can now disable the announcer but I'm still waiting for this. Now that there's a healing queue.

Being notified that another is queued would be fine, but I want the option to disable the progress bar. It's automatically hidden while spectating so I feel like the code is already there.
