Hipfire is stupidly inconsistent

Weapons with the little dot in the center have "generally" consistent hip fire. Save for sniper rifles. Anything else and you're just praying for Lady Luck to bless you. Even with the dot you're just asking for a glimpse of Lady Luck's grace. You can tighten the hip fire spread on the Flatline and Alternator by aiming in and then releasing, but not sure what else does that.
