I kinda like your list, but i will switch Lifeline with Gibraltar and Caustic. The only thing strong about Lifeline atm is her totally broken auto-res.

Horizon is Red Tier for sure. She is meta now and its definitely OP.

Bangalore should be way lower. Her smoke is helpful in pub lobbies, but not in ranked. Almost no one play her in higher tiers, and no one plays her in competition, except for Shiv, but his team is suffer because of it.

Smoke and her ult works both way. Its so so dependable, and just as i said its work both way. May be good for you, but may be good for the team. May be terrible for you as well.

I got Revenant a lot higher as well in the purple shield. Its definitely better than Mirage and Wattson.
