Stopping a Wraith from using her tactical makes her so much less annoying of a character to deal with. And being able to take out Gibby's gun shield makes him like every other legend just with a big hit box and you can use his silence as cover for reviving a teammate. Not to mention stopping all those Lifelines from a quick rez. His ult is great for 3rd parties too. Activate it, push and get a feel for the fight, get sent back and push again, harder, faster deadlier. Last thing I'll say, his passive for climbing makes suprising the enemy a fantastic tool for getting the drop on people, especially when climbing the rock formations.
No way, Revenant is no where near the Purple / Gold Tier... He has a huge hitbox, his silence tactical is very easy to avoid and you really need to time his Ult perfectly for it to be useful. Overall he doesn't sit that high.
So basically, everyone can agree on one thing.....

i played as wattson, octane, revenant, allo f them and i like rampart the best i like her walls. i land in worlds end city train station and set up walls after getting a gun on top middle and my team mates leave me and loot somewhere else then after a few minutes come along and see me sitting inside my walls poaching stranglers. i be like hey!

The next legend i play least would be Bangalore- @HogynDrwg Banga is really good! Love playing with her! So much fun!
