Horizontal and vertical conduit ulti placement

Please allow conduit ulti to be placed vertically and horizontally. This simple change will make conduit ulti value huge. Currently the single ulti placement makes it value minimal. 

There is a rumor of two ultis as a new perk, this change adds nothing, just make the ulti placement vertical and horizontal, this is change that will impact the most conduit gameplay.
