How come not all legend abilities disappear when the team dies?

So they finally fixed the caustic gas to disappear when the team is dead. This makes sense as it has always seemed dumb I could kill someone when not in game but this brings up other questions. When...

@hayhor Because they do not deal any damage to the team that won the fight. You could also see it as a reward for them, they got rid of the enemy team and they can use their abilities to recover and reset for a couple of seconds. I like it the way it is now (with gas being removed).

@Cro_Pittt Makes sense. I assume gibbys and bangalores ults disappear too. I've never really paid attention.

  @hayhor Yeah, gibby and bang ult always disappear the moment you die. The devs said the gas problem was actually not intended and just a petty bug all this time.

    @BaldWraithSimp Do they? I'm pretty sure i saw yesterday a gibby's ult still up after his team got killed, maybe it doesn't deal any damage?
