Yeah, I was standing close behind my squadmate in a firefight yesterday. He got shot at by a Havoc and it looked like he went down before the first shot even reached him. The lag between what the game shows you and what the server says happened is sometimes ridiculous.

Im not accounting for lag and possible cheaters by the way, and also I guess I should mention this game looks like a "favor the shooter" type, so that might explain getting shot after the last millisecond of getting in cover
