Thanks for the people that have tried to help but i cant get passed the answer HQ and all advice is just a link sending me back to the answer HQ, ive got a account missing hundreds worth of cosmetics and there is nowhere to get help from EA

EA Support is only able to help with some issues, and this might be something they can't help with. Regarding your account and missing cosmetics, is there anything else missing besides those? What platform are you playing on?
Did you at any point unlink your account or relink your account?
