How Do I get the Valkyrie Skin Green Screen from the event?

I have maxed the needed points that should be able to get me the final reward which I think is the skin but I don't have it yet when I check my my skins.

Mad Maggie...
Her kit is completely random outside the pistol/smg perk. Ultimate hits people it shouldn't and misses people it should. The drill hits hollow objects and does not work consistently.
