How do you feel about the new hop-ups?

I did some testing the days after this update.

The Disruptor Rounds Hop-Up lets the RE-45 and Alternator shine and put it in a spot that it's balanced close range gun fights.
They get countered pretty easily by other weapons like the R-99, havoc, devotion and shotguns.

For the Hammerpoint Rounds rounds, i think they are in a underused spot.
The Compatible weapons are rarely used and don't fit in the meta.
They are too weak to get used over other weapons but a small damage buff could change that.

Positioning incorrectly or making a mistake could make the difference between winning a fight or losing on with one of these Hop-Ups
I think those weapons are a bit overestimated as players haven't adjusted to the new play styles that come with these changes.

@ZeelmaekersDo some more testing, because a fully kitted Alternator dominates an R-99 in CQC now.

A P2020 drops you in three bullets with the hammerpoint rounds. You drop their shields with the Alternator, switch to the P2020 to finish. It's pretty obvious that you're abusing these overpowered weapons.
