How many more characters will there be? (Apex Season 20)

New characters come every season. How many more characters will there be? It is very easy to add characters when there is so much to develop in the game's interfaces. We can't even choose the map to ...

    I agree about many of the games problems lasting far, far longer than they've had any right to but the new characters are the least of my complaints.

    Back in the day Riot would release a LoL character (aka a new vessel for skins) every week or two. They were changing the game far quicker than they could balance it, but the drones would still treat the patch notes like holy scripture.

    It's easy to forget how bad it COULD have been, or how much better it might get in the ridiculously distant future.

I think what you said is very true. I opened this thread because I agree. There are many improvements that can be made instead of adding new Characters. It would be much better if they dealt with these problems instead of adding new characters for at least 1 season. Maybe they should pay attention to what is written on the forum.

    @l_mRGogoI think it would be cool for them to combine some points, and do somewhat of a throwback season. Not sure if that would be the best term for it.

    I would love it if they took a break for a season, as mentioned, but also lump in the "past BP available?" situation, and maybe do a season that doesn't have a new map or legend, or even BP. They could do without a "new" BP for the season, and offer players the option to purchase 1 previous season's BP (of their choice), and allow them to progress through that one during the season. They would make plenty of money doing this, so it would fit into the "need money" scenario for a big company.

    I agree with you on the legend selection screen, 100%! It already seems really crowded compared to launch. Variety is awesome, but some of the legends will inevitably be left behind. I'm not sure they could get away with "vaulting" legends, considering people have spent cash on skins. Not sure how they would even begin to approach that issue. Although, I feel like I saw something recently, talking about Respawn adding Arena-specific legends in the future? It could have been a dream or something, but it sounds familiar. Maybe that will help declutter the selection screen, to an extent.
