Im afraid that EA has a problem with tracking the "Stop doing whatever it is that got you suspended" part, they will actually tell you to "stop doing it", but once the first suspension finishes, they will ban you for things you did before they told you to "stop".
If there is outright rules being broken when they pull up your games thats very well possible for serious infractions. Some companies will do a 2 strike for same/similar offenses.

@rogo2020EA will inform you that you have been suspended and give you exact words used in coms or typed out. They also inform you to not let it happen again.

so this is a clear indication to not let this happen again. Its common since if your banned for harassment then doing it again can lead to a ban as your are repeat offender pretty much.

What im saying, is that the EA customer experience staff, seems to make a blind eye about the Date of the events, and, AFTER the first suspension, they will actually BAN your account, for events that happened BEFORE the first suspension, making this part:
"so this is a clear indication to not let this happen again"
Totally irrelevant.
