How do I add a background to a tracker for a legend in apex legends  and also how do I earn heirlooms and heirloom shards

@NolanGraysonnnI’m a physician. All the patient charts are accessible through a laptop or tablet so my face is already glued to a screen 24/7. The forums is just a tab away. I would rather go here than go to a social media site like facebook during my mini breaks.
