How to review an Apex ban

Could you please review my ID? I have never used any cheating software. I can prove it, and I’ve played this game for 7,400 hours

I don’t think I used video configs or exec, but I clicked a link my friend sent me on Discord, so I’m not sure if that could be it or not

Heytheeramath can you share if you are using any video configs or exec commands on your EA app? My account was banned and unbanned in 2 days, I think there is a video config command causing false positives and EAC have not said anything on it.
