I’m missing badges! How do I get them! I keep on just getting creating case..

I’m literally really frustrated right now as I grinded loads last night to get a 23 kill game with pathfinder with over 3000 damage I win the game I go to screenshot my game and I get blue screened. I go back into the game and I have no 20 bomb badge/ pathfinders wrath. I have no triple triple badge. And I don’t have the 3000 damage badge. I tried to contact this morning through chat.  but every time I create a case i am still loading on the creating case screen an hour and a half later? Does anyone know if they can help me I really want my badges...

    If you got blue screened and don't have screen shots or any evidence then I don't think your going to get your badges. Because if the server didn't register the information which it DOES right after the win/loss, so if you had time to screen shot it would have registered. But either way if somehow DIDN'T they still can't help you without any evidence from your side. If you have the screen shots and for some reason can't get in touch with support to submit it you can always try posting them here and seeing if the mod's can forward your request themselves or help you solve the problem with the link to support.

    Only reason you'll need proof is because anyone can make this claim and just get free badges handed to them.

    Pics or it didnt happ.... see how that works? Sorry man, sucks, but without proof, you got nothing

    @theeliteone799 Couple weeks ago there was a sorta similar situation and basically like the previous responders said, without footage you won’t get anywhere. Why wait till the end though. If I would’ve gotten a 20 kill game I’d make a screenshot + vid right away!
    The triple triple you need to do in 3 seperate matches tho. If it was just once I’d’ve gotten it on almost every character. Even the ones I never use! On most my characters I’m at 2/3 times done 3 squadwiped in a match

    If I have to have proof then this was pointless. I have 20 bombs with other characters I’f that helps? I have no reason to make this up as i have the badges on other characters. I see what you mean though because anyone can make those accusations just to have the fancy badges. Oh well I’ll get a 20 bomb again with the mighty pathfinder. Just hate the connection on my PS4 and even on apex sometimes.

    Also dude I have gotten the triple triple in 3 games. I’m sure it it. But I doesn’t matter bro anyway don’t worry.
