I’m getting Twitch Prime loot on the wrong platform

I play Apex Legends on my PS4, and when the twitch prime loot was introduced, I connected my PSN to my Twitch Prime account. After that, I claimed the Prime loot. I didn’t get it on my PS4, but rather my PC. I didn’t find this out until much much later when I decided to try the game on PC. It was horrible because my PC is horrible. However, I noticed that—because I logged into my EA account when logging into Apex on PC, because Apex on PC actually lets you log in and out of your EA account—All of my Twitch Prime loot drop skins were on my PC account.

This happened in Season 1, and I just figured oh well I’ll never get any twitch prime skins, whatever, they all look like garbage anyways. However, I really want that new caustic skin. I need a new caustic skin. I’m still using the Prince of Darkness skin from season 2, and I’m getting tired of looking at it.

    @duckenomics FYI I recall there being a line of text in the FAQ under the twitch prime loot drop redemption page saying something like “choose wisely” which platform will get the content, but I never chose PC in the first place, it just started going there for whatever reason.

    I feel like I wouldn’t be having this problem if I could log in and out of EA accounts on PS4 Apex.

    The reward given to platform that turn on the first time after you claim it.

    Most Since people always turn off PS4 and only the possible reason is Origin is running on your PC (in the background).

    Can you check if your Origin apps always run in the background on your PC ?

    Restart your PC then go to control panel, check running apps/process, see if Origin is running. If yes, that's the reason.

    Solution :

    1. Disable Origin automatic start

    2. Turn off your PC which has Origin.

    3. Claim it on laptop which doesn't have origin.

    4. Turn on PS4 and start Apex.

    I did exactly as you said and it still sent to the wrong platform. This is so frustrating.
